Shipping Policy
Effective: June 1, 2020
All orders are typically processed within 3 business days and shipped every weekday at 5 pm Eastern Standard Time, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 4pm Eastern Standard Time will be processed and shipped the following business day. Please allow up to 1-2 business days to receive a tracking number. Our shipping expectations for domestic and international shipping do not begin until the shipment has been processed.
Please email customer service at service@tribuo.net if you have any changes to make to your order. No changes can be made to the order once the package has been shipped.
OUR CURRENT DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTION IS USPS SHIPPING (2-6 BUSINESS DAYS) All Domestic orders placed with Tribuo will be given a tracking number and courier contact information. Please allow at least 1 business day for the tracking to be updated by the courier.
OUR CURRENT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTION IS USPS (7-14 business days) We are experiencing delays of 4-8 weeks due to Covid19.
Many international orders are subject to tariffs/duties to be paid by the customer. These fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not factored into the price at purchase. Please be sure to research your countries rules, regulations, tariffs and duties before placing your order.
Please allow an extra few days for International USPS Shipping for customs paperwork to be completed and time to process through the international shipping facility. This process may take up to 14-20 business days during certain times of the year.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the Postal Service Domestically or Internationally.

Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you purchased it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase from Tribuo.net.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
